Since all objectives are parafocal the specimen shall be visible when changed to 100x. Use fine focus knob to get the best immage.
After finish session oil immersion objective, wipe off all traces of oil from the objective with a lens tissues soft cloth moist with lens cleaning solution.
Keep the slide clean of oil to work.
