How can I return the item received from laboratorydeal?

If you want to return/replace a product on Snapdeal, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on Snapdeal within 7-days of delivery.
  2. Login to your laboratorydeal Account and go to my order section.
  3. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
  4. Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details.
  5. Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible
